Here is our last day of cycle 4 as well as some journal prompts. Today is an active rest day if you’re following along if not that’s okay too! Either way last workout day before the full rest day is or should be tomorrow.

I’m on day 95/131 of my challenge to get ready for vacation. My goal isn’t to just look good but to feel good and have the habits down.

If you have been following this challenge since the beginning then you are on day 54/90 which means you are over halfway! Keep going! Don’t give up! It’s okay to not do exactly what the workout plan is! The workout plan is just if you need help with figuring out workouts… if you’re not into it that fine! Just remember that one of the daily commitments should be movement! Even if it’s 15 minutes a day!
