When life gets the best of you — when the day goes sideways — here’s what I remind myself:

👉 Don’t throw the whole day away.

👉 Don’t give up on the progress you’ve made.

👉 Don’t fall into “well, today is ruined” thinking.

Stop. Refocus. Reset.

Make the next choice a better one.

Life is going to get in the way sometimes — that’s NORMAL.

Especially when you start prioritizing yourself → other parts of life push back.

Schedules change.

Kids need things.

Work blows up.

You get tired.

That’s not failure — it’s life.

What matters is what you do NEXT.

👉 Drink water.

👉 Move your body.

👉 Breathe.

👉 Do one thing for YOU.

👉 Give yourself permission to not be perfect!

One “off moment” doesn’t define the whole day.

One off day doesn’t define the whole week.

The ones who keep going aren’t perfect.

They’re the ones who know how to RESET.
