Proper skincare can enhance my self-esteem and prepare me mentally for the day ahead. I also take care of my hair and get dressed, choosing outfits that make me feel comfortable and confident. 6:00 - 6:30 am: Breakfast is vital for energy; I cook a nutritious meal that fuels my body for classes. Whether it’s a smoothie or a hearty bowl of oatmeal, I ensure it’s both healthy and satisfying. 6:30 - 7:20 am: Lastly, I take time to read and journal. Reading enriches my mind, and journaling helps me reflect and appreciate my journey. This structured routine helps minimize distractions from my phone, allowing me to focus and not rush out the door last minute. Reflecting on my progress encourages a more mindful approach to my day.
