I have been cardio kickboxing for almost a year now and in that year I have gotten stronger, leaner, and faster.. recently I had a meltdown where I went to pick up the weight I lost and I couldn't so I could only imagine what I was doing to my body.. i dont diet but I choose moderation and not to deprive myself.. its taken so long to get here but 70 down and another 30 to go and I will be where I was 15 years ago #cardio #kickboxing #focused #getting #weightloss

On tough days, throwing punches and performing high-energy moves gave me an outlet for frustration and boosted my mood.
