UGH. If I had a dollar for every time I got asked how to “burn belly fat” in the gym… 😤

🚨 No workout burns belly fat. Your body decides where it loses fat—not your workouts.

Here’s what ACTUALLY works:

🔥 Fat loss = calorie deficit. If your food isn’t dialed in, no amount of exercise will “burn” stubborn fat.

🏋️ Strength training = shape. If you only lose weight without training, you’re just getting smaller—not more defined.

This is why I get frustrated—people waste SO much time doing workouts they think will “target” their stomach when the real key is happening outside the gym.

So stop looking for belly fat exercises. Instead, train to build muscle, eat to support fat loss, and let your body do the rest.
