Big fail! Birthday cake

It was my birthday the other day, so I made a birthday cake.
At this time of year, there are a lot of strawberries in the store, so I definitely want to use strawberries! This time, I decided to spread small strawberries on the top.
At first it was a cake that was making smoothly, but it failed at the last decoration of fresh cream!
When I set the mouthpiece in the piping bag and tried to decorate it, it did not become a beautiful shape at all...
After that, I tried many times, but it did not work at all, and in the end the cake was completed with the decoration I did not understand well until the end.
This was honestly a bit of a shock.
The taste was very good, but I personally wanted to finish it more beautifully.
Next time I would like to change the base and try again.

《 Materials 》
・ 70 g of cake flour
Sugar A 70 g
4 eggs
・ 200 ml fresh cream
· Sugar B 15 g
・ 1 chocolate bar
・ Strawberry as you like
《 How to make 》
Wash the strawberries, remove the stem, and arrange them on a vat lined with kitchen paper to remove the water
※ Finely chop the chocolate bar with a slicer
(Beware of injuries!)
Apply butter or oil on the inside (side) of the mold in advance and lightly coat with cake flour. (Spread a cooking sheet on the bottom)
① Divide the egg into yolk and egg white, and divide the sugar A into about 1: 2
Whisk the egg whites until creamy.
③ Whisk the egg yolk until it has a mayonnaise-like color and texture.
④ Put ① in ② and mix like cutting
⑤ After mixing to some extent, sift the cake flour in 2-3 times and mix like cutting
⑥ When the cake flour is mixed, pour it into a mold, lightly degas and bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes
⑦ After baking, stick it with a bamboo skewer, and if the dough does not stick, OK → When it cools down to the point where the mold touches, take out the dough and let it cool
8. Add sugar B to the cream and whisk until creamy.

「スポンジを焼く時間がない…」って日に助かるのが、業務スーパーの冷凍スポンジケーキ。解凍してデコするだけでも誕生日感が出るので、私も“簡単アレンジ”用にストックしたくなりました。ここでは、いちご×生クリーム×板チョコの王道を、失敗しにくい流れでまとめます。 まず解凍。急いで常温に置くと表面がベタつきやすいので、前日の夜に冷蔵庫へ移してゆっくり解凍がいちばん安定しました。もし当日しか時間がないなら、袋のまま短時間ずつ様子見（結露が出たらキッチンペーパーで軽く押さえる）を意識すると、クリームが滑りにくいです。 次に、いちごの水分対策。ここをサボると、スポンジもクリームも一気に「べちゃっ」となりがち。洗ってヘタを取ったら、キッチンペーパーを敷いたバットに並べて、上からも軽く押さえると安心です。小粒いちごを上に敷き詰めるアレンジは見た目が一気に華やぐので、時間がない時ほどおすすめ。 生クリームの失敗を減らすポイントも。私がつまずいたのは“絞り袋＋口金”のところで、原因はだいたいこの3つでした。 ・クリームがゆるい（角が立つ手前だと形が保てない） ・手の温度でだれてくる（ボウルを氷水に当てると安定） ・口金と袋のセットが甘い（口金が動くと線が乱れる） 絞りが不安な時は、無理に複雑な形にせず「外側だけ星口金でぐるっと一周」→「真ん中はいちごで埋める」にすると、多少不揃いでも“それっぽく”見えます。 板チョコはスライサーで削ると一気にカフェっぽくなりました（手を切りやすいので要注意）。スポンジ→クリーム→削りチョコ→いちご、の順に挟むと断面もきれい。余ったチョコは上から散らすだけで、デコ失敗を目立たなくしてくれる救世主でした。 最後に、業スー冷凍スポンジのアレンジとしておすすめなのが「味変」。 ・いちご＋練乳を少し（甘酸っぱさが引き立つ） ・ココアを少量混ぜたクリーム（チョコ感アップ） ・スポンジにシロップを薄く打つ（しっとり仕上げ） 手作りにこだわりすぎず、“見た目は華やか・作業は短く”でいくと誕生日でも気持ちがラクでした。次回は口金を変えて、同じアレンジでリベンジしたいです。
