Lunch at a mysterious shop.✨
The place without the signboard of the shop was a Tsukemen shop
I didn't know what kind of shop it was because there was no signboard at the original Saga Tsukemen Kotora Kokura store, but I was told to wait for an hour at Sarashia Kitchen for lunch yesterday, so there was a line when I was taking a walk 🚶 adjusting the time, but there was no signboard of the shop, so I didn't know what kind of shop it was, but I was able to find it as soon as I searched on Google Map 👀
And even though it is a Tsukemen shop, there is a 🍜 dried sardine ramen, so I decided to eat dried sardine ramen 🍜, but it was sold out for two people 😱
I can't help it, so I ordered the meat egg and rice ball 🍙 of Tsukemen according to the law in the upper left of the ticket vending machine that seems to be a shop sign
Tsukemen was kelp water tsukemen and noodles were thin noodles for whole wheat tsukemen
There was a noodle making machine and a powder bag in front of me, so it was homemade noodles 👍
I was told to eat it with three kinds of salt and wasabi, and I ate it with the decoy and drank all the remaining kelp water in the pickle soup 😋
I will 🍜 Niboshi Ramen next time, but Tsukemen was delicious 😋😋😋

私も以前、看板がなくて一見して何の店かわからないお店にふらっと立ち寄ったことがあります。小倉の孤虎さんのように、隠れ家的な雰囲気が逆に期待感を高めてくれますよね。 実際に孤虎さんでいただいた昆布水つけ麺は、全粒粉の細麺が特徴で、麺自体にコシがあり昆布水と絡めるとつるっとのどごし良し。店頭に製麺機や粉の袋が置いてあるのが安心感につながり、自家製麺のこだわりを感じられました。 また、３種類の塩とワサビで味変を楽しめるのもユニークで、最初は塩だけでシンプルに味わい、途中でワサビでピリッと引き締めるのが個人的にお気に入りの食べ方です。昆布水を最後にだし汁に入れて飲み干すのも、つけ麺の新しい楽しみ方としておす すめです。 煮干しラーメンが人気なのも納得で、売り切れになるほどの注文率とは驚きました。次回来店時はぜひ私も煮干しラーメンにチャレンジしてみたいと思います。 さらに、おにぎりのトッピングも充実していて、ラー油入りなど変わり種があるのはお店の個性の表れ。店員さんも気軽に声をかけてくれて、温め直しやシェアの相談もできるなど、アットホームな接客がうれしいポイントです。 このように、看板がない分、口コミやGoogleMapでの情報収集が鍵となりますが、行列ができる理由が納得できる美味しさとサービスで満足度の高いランチを楽しめるお店でした。小倉周辺で美味しいつけ麺や煮干しラーメンを探しているなら、是非一度足を運んでみてください。
