私も日常生活の中でレジリエンスを意識して育ててきました。特に効果を感じたのは「自己効力感」を高めることです。小さな成功体験を積み重ねることで、自分には困難を乗り越える力があると実感でき、不 安な状況でも気持ちを落ち着けられるようになりました。 また、楽観性を持つことは重要ですが、単なる現実逃避ではなく、現実を冷静に受け止めた上で「これは必ず乗り越えられる」と前向きに考える訓練が大切だと実感しています。困難な出来事があっても「これも過ぎ去る」と思い返すことでストレス耐性が自然と上がりました。 さらに、問題解決力も大事です。私の場合、悩みが発生した時にすぐに完璧な解決策を求めず、まずは問題を細かく分けて考え、できることからひとつずつ試行してみる方法を実践しています。これにより焦りが減り、気持ちの余裕が生まれました。 社会的支援も忘れてはいけません。身近な友人や家族に話を聞いてもらうことで、心の重荷を軽くし、新たな気づきを得られました。実は助けを求めること自体がレジリエンスの一部であり、孤立しない環境づくりが回復力を高めます。 感情調整力は、私がストレスを感じやすい時に最も意識するポイントです。自分の感情を否定せず受け止め、深呼吸や短い散歩で気分転換を行うことで冷静さを取り戻しやすくなりました。同時に、感情を溜め込まないために、日記を書くなどの表現も取り入れています。 以上の要素は、継続的な積み重ねが必要ですが、取り組むことで確実にストレスへの強さや心の柔軟性が高まります。皆さんも自分に合う方法を見つけてレジリエンスを育てていきましょう。
