I always start my morning with a cup of hot green tea and the blueberry slim life tea. I don’t drink the detox tea very often, but I recommended drinking it towards the end of the night. And before I go to bed, I always end my night with a cup of the Sleepytime detox tea. I’ve only had good experiences with these teas so I thought I would share!!! Also these are all sold at Walmart, which is where I bought mine.
