このお店のスフレパンケーキを初めて食べた時、焼き上がりまでの15〜20分の待ち時間がどうしても気になっていました。しかし、焼き立てだからこそのふわふわ感と香り、口の中でとろける食感には感動しました。とくに抹茶のパンケーキは、苦味と甘さのバランスが絶妙で、クリームと一緒に食べるとまるで上質なデザートを味わっているようです。 また、いちごのパンケーキはフレッシュな果実の酸味がアクセントになり、甘すぎないので甘いものが苦手な方にもおすすめです。何度か訪れるうちに、事前に注文しておくことも覚えました。そうすることで、待ち時間を有効活用でき、午後のティータイムがよりスムーズになりました。 店内は木のぬくもりが感じられ、 落ち着いた空間でゆったりと過ごせます。軽食メニューも充実していて、スフレパンケーキと一緒に軽いランチを楽しむのにもぴったりです。友人とのおしゃべりや、一人での贅沢な時間にも最適な場所です。 西武新宿駅の近くという好立地ですが、特に夜は満席になることが多いので、訪問前に予約を忘れないようにしましょう。私も何度も訪れていますが、いつも変わらぬ美味しさと居心地の良さがあり、大切な人との特別な時間に選びたいおすすめのお店です。
