Secret recipe with Dashida 😋💕 Yoshinoya style beef bowl🍚

Ingredients (for 3 people)

300g beef (thinly sliced)

2 / 3 medium onion (half large)

White wine (if not available) tablespoon 3

Water 180ml

2 teaspoons of sugar

★ Soy sauce tablespoon 1 and 1 / 2

★ 1 / 2 teaspoon mirin

★ 3 and 1 / 2 tsp dasida

If not ↑

2 teaspoons of hondashi and 2 teaspoons of Chinese dashi

How to make

① Cut the onion in half lengthwise and cut at right angles to the fiber (1cm width).

② Put white wine in a frying pan and bring to a boil over high heat to remove the alcohol content (about 10 seconds until the alcohol smell disappears)

③ Put 180 ml of water and 2 teaspoons of sugar in a frying pan, and when it boils, add onions. When it boils again, reduce the heat to medium low, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.

④ Turn off the heat once, add soy sauce, mirin, and dashida and mix to dissolve.

⑤ Add meat and heat over high heat. When it boils, reduce to medium heat and cook while mixing with chopsticks so that the meat is cooked.

⑥ When the lean meat is almost gone, cover and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes (mix once on the way)

⑦ It's done 😋✨

It is still delicious if you let the taste blend in with time!!

If you like, you can add pickled ginger, sprinkle with shichimi, or sprinkle with soy sauce and beaten raw egg 💕
