What they don’t tell you about labor and about becoming a parent yes, you’re gonna need diapers right after you give birth your vagina is going to hurt! You’re going to spray it with cooling spray to heal! You’re gunna bleed a lot! I bled for 4-5 months after my natural labour.

Equipping yourself with a storage caddy to organize these essentials ensures ease of access at home. In addition, consider investing in comfortable underwear designated for postpartum use to enhance your recovery experience. Each mother’s journey is unique, but being prepared with knowledge and supplies can make the postpartum phase a bit smoother.

I also recommend Tucks pads incase you get hemorrhoids. My go to routine was to rinse with warm water, tuck a cold Tucks witch hazel pad on the 🍩 and then spraying the 😺 with the Dermoplast and use an adult diaper for the first 2-3 weeks til bleeding stopped.
