Feeling comfortable In My Two Strands

Hey guys I know I’ve been MIA but I’m back fr now lmao. 🤸🏽‍♀️For starters I’m 4 years loc’d and I’ve always had trouble accepting what my locs looked like in two strands until now. Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love my hair! With how much I’ve grown as a person throughout these 4 years.The main reason I loc’d my hair is because I honestly hated my loose natural hair. Not saying I was bald then but I felt like it would never grow💀

I started my locs after I buzzed my hair off and I let my hair grow out for 9 months. (4th slide)THEY WERE LITERALLY MAGGOTS WHEN I STARTED size wise anyway🙂‍↔️. I had THE MOST confidence when they didn’t pass my ears and I honestly didn’t care(still don’t🙂‍↔️). Even then I still didn’t do two strands until about year 3.

Either way let me be your motivation to just say F it and keep going! IF YOU GOTTA ADD HAIR DO IT. It’s going to happen for you. I remember sometimes i would get discouraged by the way they looked in the beginning but i would always tell myself “You’ve had less hair than this before”🤸🏽‍♀️
