Who hates the sun?!

Despite these reasons to be cautious, the sun also offers vitamin D, which is essential for bone health and immune function. Balancing sun exposure by spending brief periods outside during less intense hours, like early mornings or late afternoons, helps maximize benefits while minimizing risks.
