trying 🍃MATCHA MASTA🍵
thought it was time for me to review ☻ @Matcha Masta ☻, considering how i finished my first tin of their protein matcha & their new release of collagen matcha! to be very honest, I am a hojicha girl but I thought it was interesting how Matcha Masta’s powder incorporated protein, and now, collagen, so I decided to try it out😋
alongside their matcha + collagen launch, they also released their hot & cold mugs and since I ran out of their matcha + protein, I bought their set of — 2 mugs, matcha protein and matcha collagen powders (ps. their cold mug came with a mini metal straw!).
🌱matcha + protein: definitely more ‘grassy’ in terms of smell & taste, i’ll add some honey as sweetener! due to the protein element, it might be a little grainy/clumpy (second last pic)

probably due to the collagen, i go without any sweetener, taste is smoother as well
**both powders produce great microfoams as well (i mean look at my chawan😩)
different brands/people have their own measurements when making matcha but I like to go by feels because usually, my estimates make a solid cup of matcha (at least to me)😬
the price is steeper but I justify it with the added protein/collagen elements, would definitely buy again if there’s ongoing promos/deals or with new added elements to give it a try!
