Homemade pizza nights have been a thing around here lately, and we’ve been loving it. There’s something so good about slowing down and making dinner from scratch, then actually sitting at the table together.

We typically keep it pretty straightforward. Fresh ingredients always. Letting the natural flavors do their thing.

This one was topped with:

• Prosciutto

• Red onion

• Fresh mozzarella

• Basil

• Truffle oil (because… yes)

Served it with Caesar salad on the side. Don’t overthink it!!!

The goal is flavor without overpowering your toppings. Now for the exciting part – the toppings! This is where you can truly make your pizza your own.
