Blueberry Pie

🫐This Blueberry Pie Will Be Your New Favorite Dessert!

Ingredients:

🥧Dough

7 phyllo pastry sheets

~200gr blueberries

40gr melted butter

Spread butter on each sheet and wrap the blueberries in it. Keep each sheet of dough in a bag until you use it, otherwise the dough will dry out very quickly and crumble. Roll the blueberry dough into a spiral and spread butter on top. Preheat the oven to 370F and bake the "spirals" for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.

🍦Creamy filling

3 eggs

200gr cream 189% or 35% 200gr sOur cream

100gr icing sugar

Zest of half lemon

Vanilla extract

While your "spirals" are baking make the filling. Mix all ingredients and fill the "golden spirals" with the filling. Sprinkle blueberries on top. Bake at 370F around 30 minutes.
