You’re Asking God For a New Season…..🤔
You keep saying, “God, I’m ready…” But readiness isn’t proven by what you say.
It’s revealed through your discipline, obedience, and self-control.
This is often where many fall short.
Because preparation doesn’t always feel good…
but it is necessary.
What you’re asking God for requires a different version of you.
Covenant carries weight. And God prepares you before He entrusts you.
The question isn’t, Am I ready?
It’s… Am I willing to become ready?
What are you still avoiding?

In my personal journey, I realized that asking God for a new season in life goes far beyond just expressing readiness. It demands an inward transformation characterized by consistent discipline and obedience. True preparation often feels uncomfortable, but embracing it leads to growth and fulfillment. For instance, wanting love God's way means understanding that it requires patience and humility—qualities refined through challenges. When I struggled with controlling my tone and accepting correction, my relationships suffered. However, by committing to self-control and willingness to be corrected, I began embodying the godly characteristics I sought. Many desire covenant and blessings but want to avoid the process God uses to prepare hearts. This preparation can involve difficult self-examination and letting go of old habits, which is not easy but necessary. Asking yourself, "Am I willing to become ready?" helps shift focus from impatience to intentional growth. If you’re resisting parts of this process, reflect on what you may be avoiding. Is it fear of change, discomfort with discipline, or uncertainty about your worth? Joining supportive communities or mentors can help you work through these hurdles. Remember, God entrusts us with new seasons only after we are transformed enough to bear their weight. Becoming that different version of yourself is the true readiness God desires.
