I was using this machine at the gym the other day, the same way you are. I was told by one of the trainers that I was using it wrong ๐Ÿฅฒ Apparently youโ€™re supposed to bring your knees all the way to your chest basically then push off. Obviously you can use it however youโ€™d prefer, just thought Iโ€™d share. ๐Ÿ˜„
