✨ It’s been me vs me. I had to look deep within and do the work necessary to begin to heal emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. Grateful for the journey because it’s allowed me to seek God like never before; clinging onto the very essence of who HE is in my life. For me it’s not just about losing the weight it’s much more than that it’s taking my power back mind, body and spirit.
