REALTALK. TRYING 2 TRUST IN HARD.SO I RIDESOLO

7/9 Edited to

... Read moreTrust is a complex and personal journey, especially when you've faced disappointments that make it hard to rely on others. From my own experience, choosing to ride solo isn't just about physical solitude—it's a powerful statement of self-reliance and resilience. When trust in people around you wavers, investing time in yourself can lead to clarity and renewed strength. Learning to trust the timing of your own life is key. Life seldom goes according to plan, and when it doesn’t, it’s natural to feel disconnected from others or label them as unreliable. But focusing on your personal growth, setting boundaries, and listening to your inner voice helps rebuild that trust. I found that journaling my thoughts and reflecting on what makes me feel secure helped my confidence grow. Moreover, spending time alone doesn't have to mean loneliness. Solo experiences can be liberating and healing, allowing you to discover your passions and values without outside influence. Whether it's a solo trip, a creative project, or simply dedicating time for self-care, these actions can foster a stronger connection with yourself. Remember, trusting yourself is the foundation for trusting others again eventually. When we honor our feelings and make deliberate choices that respect our own worth, we create space for healthier relationships. So, even if you’re feeling skeptical about those around you, embracing your solo path can be a transformative step towards lasting self-trust and peace.

No crash diets. No magic supplements. Just real effort, discipline, and a lot of learning. I won’t lie sticking to a routine when you’re mentally drained, working full time, or just feeling drained is tough. But the truth is: your body will not wait for the “perfect time.” You only get one body
