On the way, hearing only the wind, the sound of the leaves, and the sound of our feet, it makes our heads clear without any effort, walking through the forest and the open, the mountain view alternating and looking comfortable.
My favorite part is the wooden path on the ridge, just standing there looking at the front view, feeling tired, like pausing to think about everything, taking a deep breath and letting time slow down.
Walk for 1.5-2 hours (depending on the rhythm and stop taking pictures), walk comfortably, do not have to be very fit, be accompanied by community officials, take care and tell stories on the way, make the walk not boring and feel safe.
For anyone who wants to start walking the natural line without pressure, Diu Mae Pan is a very good choice. Don't be good. Don't rush. Just keep walking is enough. 🌿

สวัสดีค่ะเพื่อน ๆ ที่รักการเดินป่าแบบไม่เร่งรีบ วันนี้อยากมาเล่าประสบการณ์เดินกิ่วแม่ปานที่เชียงใหม่ที่เหมาะมากสำหรับมือใหม่และคนที่ชอบเดินเที่ยวแบบชิล ๆ ค่ะ ตอนแรกที่คิดจะมาเดินกิ่วแม่ปานก็แอบกังวลอยู่ว่าทางเดินจะยากหรือเปล่า แต่เมื่อได้ลองเดินจริง ๆ แล้วรู้สึกเลยว่าเส้นทางนี้เอื้อต่อการเดินแบบสบาย ๆ ไม่ต้องฟิตมาก เพราะถนนมีทั้งช่วงทางป่า และทางเปิดที่สามารถมองเห็นวิวภูเขาสลับกันไป จนรู้สึกว่าแค่มองวิวก็ช่วยให้หายเหนื่อยได้เยอะเลยค่ะ ระหว่างทางที่ชอบมากคือช่วงที่เดินบนทางเดินไม้บนสันเขา ด้วยความที่วิวเปิดโล่ง เห็นภูเขากว้างไกล มันเหมือนได้ชาร์จพลังจิตใจจริง ๆ แถมมีเสียงลมและใบไม้ช่วยเสริมบรรยากาศ ทำให้การเดินผ่อนคลายและทำให้เรารู้สึกสดชื่นเหมือนได้มีเวลาหยุดคิดเรื่องต่าง ๆ ชั่วคราว ที่สำคัญคือในเส้นทางนี้มีเจ้าหน้าที่ชุมชนคอยดูแลและเล่าเรื่องราวต่าง ๆ ระหว่างทางด้วย ทำให้รู้สึกปลอดภัยมากขึ้น แถมยังได้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับธรรมชาติและวิถีชีวิตท้องถิ่นอีกด้วย จากประสบการณ์ ตัวเองแนะนำว่าถ้าอยากได้บรรยากาศดีและเดินสบายที่สุด ควรมาตอนเช้า ซึ่งอากาศจะเย็นสดชื่น พร้อมพกน้ำดื่มและใส่รองเท้าที่เกาะพื้นดีเพื่อป้องกันลื่นค่ะ และอย่ารีบเดิน ให้เดินช้า ๆ ชมวิวและถ่ายรูปไปด้วย เพราะทุกมุมในเส้นทางนี้สวยงามโดยไม่ต้องเร่งรีบเลยค่ะ สุดท้ายนี้อยากบอกว่ากิ่วแม่ปานเหมาะมากสำหรับใครที่เพิ่งเริ่มเดินป่าหรืออยากหาที่เดินธรรมชาติแบบไม่กดดันและได้สัมผัสความงดงามของเชียงใหม่ ขอแนะนำเส้นทางนี้เลยค่ะ รับรองว่าเดินจบแล้วหัวจะโล่ง และเต็มไปด้วยความสุขที่ได้อยู่กับธรรมชาติแบบแท้จริงค่ะ
