White chocolate raspberry cookies

I’m all for happy chickens y’know? 🐣🤍

This recipe works with any frozen fruit! They are chewy, tart and sweet! 😍

I made these cookies using organic pasture raised eggs 🥚✨

3/4 cup unsalted butter melted

3/4 cup dark brown sugar

1/4 cup white sugar

2 tsp vanilla

3/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

2 cups all purpose flour

1 large egg + 1 egg yolk

1cup frozen raspberries

1 cup white chocolate chips

Step 1: preheat oven to 350. Brown your butter and let it cool for 10 mins.

Step 2: mix sugar and butter, add eggs & vanilla.

Step 3: add in all dry ingredients & chocolate chips. Gently fold in raspberries & scoop onto parchment lined cookie sheet.

Step 4: bake cookies for 10-12 mins & let them cool for 10 mins and enjoy!
