3 morning habits to improve mental clarity

If you don’t yet have a morning routine, it’s time that you start prioritizing one!! Now that I have a solid morning routine down, I can’t go a day without it…

📲 Avoiding my phone when I first wake up is one of the best pieces of advice I could give you. You NEED to give time to yourself before you give it the world (aka social media!!)

🚶‍♀️Moving your body & getting natural morning sunlight DAILY, will truly set you up for an amazing day. It grounds you, balances your circadian rhythm, and moving your body can actually release endorphins that help with anxiety.

📔 Journaling is one of the best things you can start doing today that will free up SO much space in your mind. I typically don’t follow a specific journal prompt—I just write whatever comes to my mind!
