5 changes that transformed my body & health💪🏼✨

These 5 habits truly changed my life, my health and my body🫶🏻.

For a really long time, I struggled with my body image and weight. I was stuck in the restrict/binge cycle for years, always restricting myself during the week and binging on the weekends, thinking I had to "restrict myself" to lose weight (which never worked). I did a lot of cardio & HIIT workouts, I struggled with the "all or nothing mindset", I feared eating more food & internally I was extremely uncomfortable in my body.

I finally found a balance of this once I started lifting weights instead of doing cardio everyday & I started eating enough food for my body!

The chronic under eating for years was not the answer.

I hope these small tips can help kickstart your health & wellness journey!

I’ve coached over hundreds of women at this point in my career (helping them lose weight, increase their metabolism & feel confident AF in their bodies again) and we often start with basics of these 5 foundations👇🏼

1. Eat enough nutrient dense protein sources & ensure you’re not under eating 🥩

2. focus on strength training to build muscle mass and improve your metabolism 💪🏼

3. Prioritize a nutrient dense whole food anti inflammatory diet over a highly processed diet 🥑

4. Move your body more throughout the day 👟

5. Do not neglect: proper hydration, sleep & stress management 🧘🏼

So these pictures were taken a little over a year apart and I am just so proud of how far I have came in the last year! The first photos were taken when I weighed a little over 170lbs and this morning I weighed 159lbs. I love myself in both, but don’t get me wrong I love being a little more lean!
