I love this drink for improved gut health & even skin health ✨
Lemons, limes & cucumbers are packed full of antioxidants and anti inflammatory compounds. This drink is not only extremely hydrating & refreshing, it helps support digestive function and liver function.
It’s soooo easy to make and is a nice pick me up during the day.
You’ll need:
- cucumber
- lime
- lemon
- filtered water
- ice
- a cup
Add the ice and cucumbers to the cup, fill with filtered water, but leave a little room for the juice of the lemon and lime. Squeeze half of a lemon and half of a lime into the water and mix really well. Enjoy!
