Ingredients
• 1 stick (½ cup) butter
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 4 oz Werther’s soft caramels
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 bag mini marshmallows
• 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Instructions
1. Melt the butter
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter completely.
2. Add cocoa. Stir in the cocoa powder until the mixture is smooth and well blended.

4.Turn off heat & add vanilla and marshmallows

5. Add the cereal. Stir in the Rice Krispies until they are evenly coated.
6. Shape the cookies. Spoon portions of the mixture onto a parchment-lined surface. Gently press each mound to form flat cookies. You can make these any shape or size.
7. Let them set. Allow the cookies to cool and firm up before eating. You can put them in the fridge for faster set up.
