• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup crushed cookies (Oreos work best!)
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

1. Prep Dough
🧈 Cream butter + brown sugar until smooth.
🥚 Beat in eggs, one at a time, then vanilla.
2. Combine Dry Ingredients
🌾 Whisk flour, baking powder, salt → fold into wet mixture gently.
3. Add Mix-ins
🍪 Fold in crushed cookies + chocolate chips if using.
4. Bake
➡️ Scoop dough onto parchment-lined sheet, leaving space.
🔥 Bake 10–12 mins at 350°F (175°C) until edges are golden.

These did not work unfortunately. The flavour is lacking and I think the dough is too soft. It might work better if the dough was refrigerated before assembling on the cookie sheet.
