it IS that fast🕯️
times a a tricky lady… why can’t i breath through my rage but cry at the moments slipping away?! may u be the human id like to be in every moment im blessed to be in your orbit. we’ve got this!!!
Life truly moves at an incredible pace, often catching us off guard. I've found that moments where emotions like rage or sadness overwhelm us, especially during times when things slip away too quickly, can be particularly challenging to navigate. It’s almost like we’re stuck between wanting to express our frustration and a deep yearning to savor what’s left. One important lesson I've learned is the critical value of self-care in these transitional phases. The phrase from the image — “It is THAT fast... take care of yourself, fill your cup in the moments you can” — resonates deeply. When life accelerates, pausing to breathe and replenish our mental and emotional reserves becomes foundational. This practice doesn’t just help us survive but invites a kind of bliss even in turmoil, what some call the 'foundational bliss bubble stage.' Breathing through rage and tears isn’t easy, but it’s a sign of connection to our own humanity and the relationships we cherish. Being in someone’s orbit, as mentioned, reminds me of the importance of surrounding ourselves with supportive people who uplift us during times of emotional intensity. Ultimately, embracing each moment fully—both the beautiful and difficult parts—allows us to grow more resilient and present. Though it may be tough to breathe through the rage or cry over what’s lost, these experiences are reminders that life’s preciousness demands our awareness and care. We’ve got this, indeed.
