Happy Sabbath!
🌼 Happy Sabbath!🌼
As we embrace this Beautiful day of Rest, let’s take a moment to reflect on the importance of finding Peace amidst life’s swirling changes—much like the weather! Whether it’s a sunny day or clouds rolling in, bringing snow, sleet, rain, each moment is a reminder to Pause, Breathe, and Recharge.
In this season of "clopen"—where things open and close with political events seeming to Spin us around like a ride on Life's merry-go-round, let’s remember that GoD invites us to find Rest in Him. Amidst the confusion and the dizzying straights and rounds of Life, we can turn to His Word for Clarity and Comfort.
“For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace.” 1 Corinthians 14:33
As we prepare for the shifts in weather and life, let’s lean into GoD’s Promises. May this Sabbath rejuvenate our Spirits and bring us the Tranquility we Seek. Take a moment to step outside, feel the Breeze blow away negative thoughts, and let GoD’s presence Refresh you! 🙏♥️🕊🥰
Wishing you all a Peaceful and Joyful Sabbath! 🌈✨🎶

Taking time to truly rest on the Sabbath can dramatically improve our mental and spiritual well-being. From my own experience, Sabbath is not just a break from work but a sacred opportunity to reconnect with nature and spirituality. I find that going outside and paying attention to the weather—whether it’s sunny, snowy, or rainy—helps ground me in the present moment and encourages mindfulness. This active pause allows me to release anxiety caused by daily stress or the turbulent events in the world around us. The term "clopen," highlighting how things often open and close unexpectedly in our lives, resonates deeply, especially in today’s fast-paced environment filled with political and social upheaval. Embracing Sabbath rest amidst this fluctuation offers a reliable refuge. Turning to scriptures such as 1 Corinthians 14:33 reminds me that peace is possible and is God’s true nature, not confusion. For me, this verse is a spiritual anchor that helps me find clarity and calm in decisions and interactions throughout the week. Sabbath also invites us to lean into God’s promises of renewal and hope. Practically, this means setting aside chores and digital distractions and focusing on meditation, prayer, or quiet reflection. Feeling the breeze or simply breathing deeply outdoors can feel like a physical and spiritual refresh—washing away negativity and filling me with positivity and gratitude. By prioritizing this weekly rest, I notice that my overall outlook improves and my energy to face life’s chaotic moments strengthens. In summary, Sabbath rest embodies more than tradition; it’s a vital practice for mental peace and spiritual growth. Whether you’re dealing with unpredictable life situations or simply seeking tranquility, embracing the Sabbath and God’s promises can rejuvenate your spirit and help you navigate life’s merry-go-round with grace and peace.
