Happy Sabbath!
🍓 Happy Sabbath! ✨🍓
As we embrace the beauty of Summer and the busyness that comes with Planting and tending to our Yards, let’s take a moment to pause and reflect. The Northern Hemisphere is bustling with the extremes of weather, and many are facing tremendous Challenges, from work, economics, heatwaves, storms to tornados, reminding us of the fragility of life and the Strength we can find in Community.
Today, we are Grateful for the Gift of Rest, a time to step back from our labor and find Solace in GoD’s Word. As we gather together in Spirit, let us remember the Promise of Matthew 11:28:
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
Let’s also lift each other up in Prayer, supporting those who are struggling through difficult times. May the Holy Spirit guide us as we recharge our Hearts and Minds, finding Peace in His Presence. Wishing you all a restful and blessed Sabbath!🙏♥️🕊🌹

Living through unpredictable weather and life’s many trials can feel overwhelming, but the Sabbath offers a sacred pause to recharge both spiritually and emotionally. From my experience, dedicating this day to rest isn’t just about physical slowdown—it’s about reconnecting with a deeper sense of peace that transcends daily struggles. In moments when storms rage—whether literal or metaphorical—I find comfort in uplifting prayers and spiritual songs, similar to those captured in the images the article describes, such as "O Praise The Lord" and trusting Jesus to be our protector. This personal practice helps me restore inner calm and resilience. I also value how community support enhances Sabbath rest. Sharing prayers and encouragement with others facing hardships can strengthen our collective endurance and remind us of our shared humanity. It’s a time when we lift each other up, creating a refuge from life's economic pressures and environmental challenges. The promise of Matthew 11:28 echoed in the article serves as a powerful spiritual anchor: "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." Meditating on this verse during Sabbath helps me release anxieties and embrace God’s healing presence. Overall, embracing the Sabbath as a gift—a day dedicated to God’s word, prayer, and community—transforms the way I navigate life’s hardships. It teaches me to prioritize rest, find strength through spirituality, and cherish the moments of peace amid the busyness of planting, tending to my yard, and seasonal changes. I encourage others to experience this restorative practice and feel renewed in body, heart, and mind every Sabbath.
