ONE Day at a Time
ONE Day at a Time, Sweet Jesus!🙄 I am counting Blessings.
Psalm 103:2: "Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits."
The Sun will return. Things will eventually dry out. I think I will have lots to keep me busy.
Matthew 6:34: "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."
ONE Day at a time.🌞🥰🌻🕊♥️

Living through challenging times like natural disasters can test anyone’s spirit, yet approaching each day with faith and gratitude can make all the difference. From my own experience, focusing on small daily blessings helps maintain hope and keeps anxiety at bay. For instance, after a recent storm disrupted my routine, I found comfort in turning to scriptures like Matthew 6:34, which reminds us not to worry about tomorrow but to tackle each day’s hurdles as they come. The repeated encouragement to bless the Lord and not forget His benefits, as quoted from Psalm 103:2, highlights an essential spiritual practice: counting our blessings even during tough times. This mindset shift—from worry to thankfulness—grounds me and fuels my resilience. Additionally, engaging in community support, like praying and helping neighbors affected by events such as the Saskatchewan tornado outbreak, creates a sense of connection and shared strength. These experiences emphasize that while adversity is part of life, so are recovery, hope, and growth. Taking things one day at a time is more than a saying; it is a proactive approach to mental and spiritual wellbeing. It encourages staying present, embracing what each day offers, and trusting that the sun will return to shine on brighter moments ahead.
