• 1 ½ taza de arroz para sushi

• 1 ¾ – 2 tazas de agua

• 2 cucharadas de vinagre de arroz

• 1 cucharada de azúcar

• Una pizca de sal

Para el pollo crocante🍗:

• Pechuga de pollo en tiras

• Yogur griego

• Ajo en polvo

• Cebolla en polvo

• Paprika

• Sal

• Cereal sin azúcar triturado

Para armar🍣:

• Alga nori

• Queso crema

• Aguacate

• Pepino

• Surimi (imitación Kram)

• Ajonjolí

👩‍🍳 Procedimiento

1️⃣ Arroz

• Lava el arroz hasta que el agua salga clara.

• Cocina con 1 ¾ – 2 tazas de agua durante 15 minutos.

• Tapa y deja cocinar a fuego bajo por 10 minutos más.

• Mezcla vinagre, azúcar y sal calienta en microondas hasta disolver.

• Agrega al arroz caliente y mezcla suavemente.

• Deja enfriar.

2️⃣ Pollo crocante

• Mezcla el pollo con yogur y especias.

• Pásalo por cereal triturado.

• Mételo al air fryer hasta que este dorado y crujiente.

3️⃣ Armado

• Coloca Alga sobre esterilla y extiende arroz.

• Agrega queso crema, aguacate, pepino, surimi (imitación Kram) y pollo crocante.

• Enrolla y corta con cuchillo húmedo.

• Decora con ajonjolí.
