$50/week high protein meal plan

these "meals" are small for normal people, but probably larger than newer bariatric patients can handle. just keep in mind that i'm 6 years out and have been weightlifting for almost 5 of those years, so my appetite has had to adjust accordingly! it also takes me most of the day to work
