Sometimes the word radical makes us think of something extreme or disruptive. But when it comes to self-care, radical doesn’t always mean loud. It can mean quietly choosing yourself in a world that asks you to keep giving without pause.
Radical self-care could look like leaving the laundry undone so you can rest. It might be saying no without apology. It could be giving yourself permission to unplug from the constant noise and listen to your own breath.
This week, I invite you to journal on the question: What does radical self-care look like for me right now? Notice what rises up without judgment. The answer may surprise you—and it may change depending on the season you’re in.
Your rest is resistance. Your care is advocacy. 💛
