My killer ab workout 🔥
- This workout can be as hard as you want it to be- alter exercises to target the whole body :)
- Try to get in as many reps as possible in 45 seconds, and then take a 15 second rest, repeating this cycle for as long as you choose (I try to do 7-10 minutes each time I lift)
- you can swap out any exercise, or popcorn choose in a group ab workout
