This is the cutest vintage shop with the most amazing staff. They are so kind and helpful. 10/10 on that alone !
I’m a vinyl girl so I spent most of my time browsing their collection . But there is jewelry, clothing, and beautiful decor available as well. Their pieces are one of a kind.
It’s located in Bushwick . Walking distance from The L and M trains . Right on Irving Ave
Walking into Brooklyn Vintage Company, I immediately felt that familiar thrill of discovering a truly special place. The atmosphere was just so inviting – a perfect blend of cozy and curated. I loved how the warm lighting highlighted the rustic charm, with hints of a brick wall adding to the authentic vintage vibe. It’s not just a shop; it’s an experience, made even better by the genuinely amazing staff who greeted me with such kindness. Seriously, 10/10 for their welcoming spirit alone! As a big vinyl girl, my eyes immediately darted to the impressive collection. Rows upon rows of records were neatly organized, inviting a deep dive. I spent ages sifting through, imagining the stories behind each album. Spotting classic covers like a Donna Summer vinyl record, alongside more obscure finds like 'THE WORLD OF CECIL TAYLOR,' made the hunt incredibly rewarding. You can tell they put a lot of love into their selection. It's truly a paradise for any music lover looking for that perfect sound or missing gem. But it’s not just about the music. The shop is filled with an eclectic mix of treasures. The jewelry display caught my eye next – a beautiful array of necklaces, from delicate silver chains to chunky gold pieces, all artfully arranged on a wooden shelf. Each item felt handpicked, a far cry from mass-produced goods. Beyond the sparkle, I noticed unique decor pieces that gave the shop so much character, like a decorative dish here or a quirky lamp and mirror there. I particularly admired some of the larger, more striking elements in the shop's interior. Imagine seeing a classic banjo or a guitar hanging on a dark wall, alongside an unexpectedly elegant lion head decor piece – it just adds to the unique aesthetic! It’s clear they pride themselves on offering one-of-a-kind items, whether it’s a vintage outfit you've been dreaming of or a quirky accent piece to complete your home. Every corner holds a surprise, making it a joy to explore. Finding this gem in Bushwick was super easy, too. It’s conveniently located right on Irving Ave, just a short and pleasant walk from both the L and M trains. This makes it an ideal stop if you're exploring the neighborhood or just looking for a fun afternoon out. It’s the kind of place where you can easily lose track of time, absorbed in the sheer volume of unique finds and the wonderful energy of the space. I left feeling inspired and with a few new treasures myself. If you're in NYC and have a soft spot for vintage, seriously, put Brooklyn Vintage Company on your must-visit list. It’s more than just shopping; it’s about the joy of discovery, the friendly faces, and finding something truly special that tells a story. From records to jewelry to quirky home accents, it truly lives up to its promise of unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. You won't regret stopping by!
