Lately, I've been seriously embracing mindfulness as a way to improve my overall well-being. Taking time to pause and reflect has helped me reconnect with passions I set aside, like writing poetry and stories. It's been refreshing to consider enrolling in writing courses, which I hope will sharpen my skills and reignite that creative spark from college days. During this mindful transition, I’ve also revamped my skincare routine, experimenting with new products like a watery Vitamin C serum and a soothing bamboo panthenol cream that protect and nourish my skin through harsh weather. These products have made a visible difference, especially when recovering from a tough flu that left me feeling depleted. Listening to audiobooks, such as works by Arundhati Roy, has complemented my slow and thoughtful pace, enriching my perspective through powerful storytelling narrated by the author herself. This mix of creative inspirations and self-care rituals motivates me to prioritize my mental and physical health. Additionally, I’m planning a long break from social media to seek quiet away from the constant buzz. While social platforms once brought connection and creativity, they now sometimes feel overwhelming and exhausting. This hiatus is about finding balance, focusing on meaningful offline experiences, and returning to my authentic self without the pressures of likes and follows.
