Also heres a food recipe i want you to try for you all, the 3 eggs 15 minutes in salt water for them to be tastier & add to steak, yellow onions and cooked zucchini with yellow mustard, mayo, beef bacon, salt, black pepper and bread, i perfer sourdough. and drink coconut water with it 🥰❤️🌴. the type of steak is thinly sliced cooked steak, and you'll need to mix salt, black pepper, paprika, & onion and garlic powder to the mayonnaise & sliced green peppers. its a breakfast steak and egg 🥚 sandwich. yall will enjoy it 🥰❤️🌴 with and a salad made from raw renced & unpeeled beet roots, brie cheese, muenser cheese and strawberries, beet greens, cabbage and red turnips & i perfer the asian pears 🍐 or any pear will do except for the green pairs tho popular those don't pair well with the onions, & freshly cooked black eyed peas or cow peas. And cooked pinto beans & side of whole wheat bread 🍞. ingredients: 3 large eggs 🥚, cooked steak, 1 whole yellow onions, salt, black pepper, yellow mustard, zucchini, mayonnaise, sourdough bread, paprika, green peppers, garlic and onion powder, coconut 🥥 water, beef bacon 🥓. for salad: fresh raw beet roots with the leafs still on it, brie cheese, muenser cheese, strawberries, beet greens them are the leafs from the beets, cabbage, red turnips, fresh pears of any kind except green, freshly cooked black eyed peas, freshly cooked pinto beans 🫘, and a side of whole wheat bread 🍞. please wash the beets under cool running water and scrub with paper towel under the running water if no veggie scrubber. The seasonings for the sandwich are to make yum yum sauce for the sandwich the celary salt is just seasoning for the sandwich& the salad 🥗. the salad 🥗 you make and eat as is. you open the cheese& you let it sit at room temperature 30 to 45 minutes to soften your supposed to do that with the brie cheese it will be the best 🥰❤️
