Post-Workout PB & Chocolate Protein Shake!

This was my reward for actually going to the gym after a long day at work. Perfect for breakfast on the go too or as a dessert. Packed with protein and pretty low on sugar considering what it is. I hope you guys enjoy it! #lemon8diarychallenge

Home Recipe

- 1 tbsp Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup

- 1-1.5 tbsp PB2 powdered peanut butter

- 1 whole cup Chobani Zero Sugar Greek Yogurt Vanilla

- 5-6 ice cubes

Directions: Put all ingredients into a blender cup and blend until desired consistency.

Tips:

- more ice = thicker

Less ice = thinner

- play around with the amount of PB2 you add. I added 2 tbsp my first time and it was too overwhelming but some people might prefer that🤷‍♀️
