Healing the mind in the natural ways we used to do in childhood.

Grounding...What I've been doing since childhood without ever knowing 🚶🏼‍♀️🍃

There has been a lot of talk about the word "grounding." Many people say that walking barefoot on the ground helps the body and mind relax, helps release stress, and makes it feel more connected to nature.

Hearing this, recalling our childhood, we may have actually known it as a child without even knowing it.

As children, we lived on the soil almost every day, running in the middle of the field, playing in the mud, digging in the dirt, planting trees, or even sitting idle on the ground. The feeling at that time was only cool, fun and independence.

When your hands are stained with dirt, your feet are muddy, you never feel disgusted, you feel blissful, like a little tiredness, anxiety, or unease absorbed by the earth.

A little older, a chance to go to the forest temple, learn to walk from my grandmother and father.

He taught to live with the breath, to observe the movements of his stomach, and to determine in his heart:

"Collapse, um...Inflatable..."

When the stomach collapses, it knows, "Collapse, um."

When the stomach is inflated, it knows "inflated."

At the same time, the soles of the feet touch the ground naked, sometimes strangely cool, like immersing your feet in a natural stream of water, sometimes with gravel grains, small stones pressed on the soles of your feet to know that we are really stepping.

At the time, I didn't think about grounding, I didn't think about energy, I didn't think about any theory, I just knew that my mind was calmer, my breath was slower, and my highs were getting thinner.

In retrospect, we began to understand that what makes us feel good may not be that the soil has great powers, but because every time we touch the soil, we are back in the present moment.

We feel our own bodies, feel our breath, feel the world in front of us, without rush, without much thought, without trying to be anything.

Maybe the word "grounding" today is just a new name for an old thing that we humans have been familiar with for a long time.

Is to be back with nature, back with my body, back with my breath, and back on the ground as I did since childhood...Without even realizing that.

Rounding, too. ✨🌿🍃
