How to avoid getting calluses hands from lifting?
My hands hurt a lot though I understand it’s part of the experience especially for someone who only recently started weightlifting but I’ve started to form calluses at the base of my fingers.....

Lifting gloves are SO slept on. I’ll literally use 5lb weights and still wear them. They’re hand savers!
