Peanut Butter Protein Cookie (13g)

Made some high-protein Peanut Butter Protein Cookies today and they came out 🔥 — no banana, no cocoa, just simple, macro-friendly ingredients 👏

Here’s how I made them:

✨ 3 scoops of chocolate peanut butter protein powder

✨ 2/3 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

✨ 2 eggs

✨ 3 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup

✨ 1/4 cup old fashioned oats (blended into oat flour)

✨ 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

✨ 1/3 tsp baking powder + 1/4 tsp baking soda

✨ Pinch of salt

✨ 2–3 tbsp fat-free milk to loosen the batter

Mixed it up, scooped the batter onto a baking sheet, flattened them a bit, and baked at 350°F for 10 minutes.

Macros per cookie (if 8–10 cookies):

⚡️ ~13g protein

⚡️ ~6g carbs

⚡️ ~4g fat

Optional Add-Ons & Approximate Macro Changes (per cookie):

• 🍫 Sugar-free chocolate chips (1 tbsp total for batch): +10 cal, +1g fat, +1g carbs

• 🥜 1 tbsp PB2 swirl (mixed with water for batch): +7 cal, +1g protein, +1g carb

• 🌰 1 tbsp chopped nuts: +45 cal, +4g fat, +1g protein

• 🥥 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut: +30 cal, +3g fat, +1g carb
