The Easiest Peanut Butter Bars
These 5 ingredient no bake peanut butter bars are truly life changing and perfect for a summer day by the pool!
Recipe:
1/2 cup (8 Tbsp; 113g) salted butter, melted
1 cup (120g) graham cracker crumbs (about 8 full sheet graham crackers)
2 cups (240g) confectioners’ sugar
1 cup + 2 Tablespoons (280g) creamy peanut butter, divided
1 cup (180g) semi-sweet chocolate chip
Each bar is 4 grams of protein and delicious!!
They are super easy to make and i’m sure you already have the ingredients in your cabinets. You can easily substitute the peanut butter for a nut butter of your choice and it would be just as delicious!
