Peanut Butter Cup Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Double peanut butter cup chocolate chip cookies 🤸‍♀️

Ingredients:

— 1 cup butter, softened

— 3/4 cup packed brown sugar

— 3/4 cup white sugar

— 1 tsp vanilla

— 2 eggs

— 2 1/4 cups flour

— 1 tsp baking soda

— 1 tsp salt

— 1 cup chocolate chips

— 1/2 cup peanut butter chips

— 1/2 cup chopped peanut butter cups

How-to:

1. Beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy.

2. Add in vanilla & egg and beat again.

3. Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined, and then fold in chips & peanut butter cups.

4. Scoop dough into balls and then chill for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight. The cookies will spread a good amount when baking, so make them just about a tablespoon size.

5. After chilling, bake for 12-13 minutes at 350˚ until the edges are golden.
