109lbs ⬇️ and it’s been life changing …. BUT your mind has to change too. I swear some days I still see myself just as I was a few years ago 😭 Either way I’m so thankful and so proud of the work I put in while also using a G L P - 1 and finally deciding to change my life and get healthy but not
