From permanent employees to entrepreneurs!
We were a salaried employee who had a dream of becoming an entrepreneur until one day I had to quit my job because I went to a master's degree. I had about 100,000 baht to save. I wanted to have a small shop to do something. I expected only a small dividend to support myself while studying.
Why a coffee shop?
Because I like to drink coffee. My friend invited me.
Friends said that if you can find a location, come to open together. From the original line, it is a condo sales cell, so find a location in the condo to open a cafe. Because at that time, you really can't think of where to open, but come to sell the condo every day, so settle down to choose here. 😅
After opening the shop, it does not go as well as thought. Some days sell the main unit, some days the main 10, but not more than 30 glasses a day 😨. But we and friends fight both marketing and promotion because everyone has a favorite glass cafe in mind. We welcome all customers like friends. Gradually infiltrate our coffee shop as the customer's favorite cup of coffee every day.
After a year of serious coffee shop, this cafe has become a meeting point for people in the condo. Sometimes we want to repay customers during good weather, clear sky, no dust, no rain. We also have music to play for our customers. We really have to thank all our customers for encouraging us to develop our products and services to expand to four branches.

ถ้าใครเสิร์ชหา Oxygen Coffee Studio แล้วกำลังลังเลว่าจะ “แวะดีไหม” ฉันอยากเล่ามุมที่รู้สึกได้ตั้งแต่ก้าวแรกของสาขาแรกที่ D condo ฟ้าฮ่ามเลยค่ะ ร้านเป็นร้านเล็กๆ สไตล์โมเดิร์น มีป้าย OPEN ชัดเจน หน้าร้านมีพื้นที่ให้นั่งพักผ่อนด้านนอกใต้ต้นไม้ใหญ่ ทำให้บรรยากาศมันไม่เร่งรีบ เหมาะกับวันที่อยากได้กาแฟดีๆ แล้วนั่งปล่อยใจสักพัก สิ่งที่ทำให้จำร้านนี้ได้คือ “ความตั้งใจจริงเรื่องกาแฟ” ภายในร้านเห็นอุปกรณ์ค่อนข้างโปรมาก ทั้งเครื่องบด Mazzer (อย่าง Kony S และ ZM) และเครื่องชง Synesso S200 ซึ่งปกติเราจะเห็นในร้านที่จริงจังกับคุณภาพพอสมควร สำหรับคนที่ชอบรสชาติคงที่หรือชอบสังเกตงานบาร์ จะรู้สึกมั่นใจขึ้นว่าเขาไม่ได้ทำเล่นๆ อีกอย่างที่ชอบคือความเป็นคอมมูนิตี้ของร้านนี้ เพราะโลเคชันอยู่ในคอนโด ทำให้มีทั้งลูกบ้านและคนทำงานแถวๆ นั้นแวะมาเรื่อยๆ วันที่อากาศดีๆ บางครั้งจะมีดนตรีสดด้านนอกด้วย ฟีลเหมือนมานั่งคาเฟ่สบายๆ ไม่ใช่แค่มาซื้อแล้วรีบไป (ใครชอบนั่งคุย ทำงานเบาๆ หรือหาโลเคชันนัดเพื่อน น่าจะถูกใจ) ถ้าถามว่าควรสั่งอะไร ฉันแนะนำให้เริ่มจากเมนูกาแฟพื้นฐานที่วัด “มือบาริสต้า” ได้ง่ายก่อน เช่น อเมริกาโน่ หรือ ลาเต้ เพราะจะได้รู้แนวรสของร้านว่าชอบไหม ถ้าคุณเป็นสายกาแฟนม ลองสังเกตความบาลานซ์ระหว่างความหอมกาแฟกับความนัวนม (ร้านที่เครื่องดีและคุมสูตรดี มักจะให้รสชาติที่นิ่งและดื่มง่าย) ส่วนสายกาแฟดำให้ลองถามพนักงานเรื่องโทนรส/ความเข้มที่อยากได้ เขามักจะแนะนำได้ตรงมากขึ้น ทริคเล็กๆ สำหรับคนจะไปสาขา D condo ฟ้าฮ่าม: ถ้าอยากได้มุมสงบ แนะนำไปช่วงเช้าหรือช่วงบ่ายแก่ๆ คนจะไม่แน่นมาก และถ้าไปวันที่มีดนตรีสด บรรยากาศจะครึกครื้นขึ้น เหมาะกับการนั่งชิลมากกว่าโหมดทำงานจริงจัง สำหรับฉัน Oxygen Coffee Studio ไม่ได้เด่นแค่เครื่องดีหรือมุมถ่ายรูป แต่เด่นที่ “ความอบอุ่นแบบร้านประจำ” ที่ทำให้เราอยากกลับไปซ้ำ ถ้าคุณกำลังมองหาร้านกาแฟในเชียงใหม่ที่นั่งสบาย บรรยากาศร่มไม้ และตั้งใจทำกาแฟจริงๆ สาขาแรกที่ D condo ฟ้าฮ่ามเป็นอีกจุดที่ควรปักหมุดไว้เลยค่ะ
