A new report from the charity Food Banks Canada says food insecurity, poverty and unemployment continue to climb, but there is some hope as new government programs could ease financial strain.

if they think i can afford to donate? not anymore! I'm a middle class worker and can't afford anything anymore...let alone live all by myself can't do that anymore also...
