Treats eaten at diet: 306 kcal
I've been very addicted to trying low-cal dessert lately. And this recipe is a lot more than expected. The chocolate is the most intense. I can hardly feel the sour of yogurt. The meat is smooth, very tender, no bubbles, not milk pudding. If anyone makes it out like a pudding, they should wear too much gelatin ~
🍰 This formula is about 4 inches printed.
【 Raw material 】
* Greek Yogurt Formula No Sugar 100g - 63 kcal
* 110ml Low Fat Milk - 40 kcal
* Sugar Cast Hung Nooo 25-35g (adjust as you like)
* Cocoa powder 10g - 40 kcal
* Dark Chocolate 80% + 15g - 82 kcal
* Cookies without sugar 40g - 81 kcal
* gelatin plate 5g
Total about 306 kcal (not including toppings)
For toppings, we use Greek Yogurt + Cocoa Powder + Chocolate Tablets. Only about 50 kcal more.
Who wants to lower the cal again? Cut out the cookie base ~
But if it's not too serious about Cal, it's a lot more delicious to add dark shock or cocoa, or it's about 150 kcal more cream cheese / light cream, which is great. It tastes almost nothing different from the mousse in the dessert shop.
【 How to do 】
1️⃣ Prepare to print 4 inches, support the bottom tallow paper, and soak the gelatin plate in cold water to soften.
2️⃣ Grind the cookies, add about 10ml of milk to soak and put it in print. Press tightly before putting it in the fridge.
3️⃣ Mix Yogurt, Milk, Sugar Cast Hung Noog, and Cocoa Powder. Stir them smooth.
4️⃣ Dissolve dark chocolate and pour the mixture. Poor people are smooth.
5️⃣, dissolve the gelatin in hot water about 50-60 ° C and pour it into the mixture a little bit at a time with people (this method prevents gelatin from clotting at room temperature).
6️⃣, pour out the print, turn off the plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
When the sheep came out, the meat was very smooth. Very melted in the mouth. 🫠🍫
