Ingredients:

•170ml YiliaTea Jasmine Lanxue Tea

•90ml fresh milk

•Whipped cream + sugar + pinch of salt (for the sea salt cream topping)

•25ml homemade rock sugar syrup

•5 black mulberries

•5 raspberries

•1 large ice ball (optional)

Instructions:

1. Brew the YiliaTea Jasmine Lanxue Tea and set aside to cool slightly.

2. In a separate container, combine the fresh milk with the rock sugar syrup and stir until mixed.

3. Gently whip the cream with a little sugar and a pinch of salt to create a smooth sea salt cream topping.

4. In a glass, pour the brewed tea, followed by the milk mixture.
